In Salvador, BM volunteer work is to love Jesus Christ on the neighbor and
help him or her on what is needed. Poor people get food, clothing, shoes and medicine.
Volunteers visit sick people at the hospitals. They even managed to buy a small house for a lady who collects and sells garbage for a living. Clothes are given to needy babies. Soup and bread are taken weekly to people who are assisted by Salvador BM. Weekly the Catechism is taught to children (2-10 years old) and teenagers (11-17 years old).
